PRESIDENT:  Donald J. Augenstein, CPA

Don graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and has been a CPA for over 30 years.  He is the managing partner at the firm Augenstein, Mapes, & Co. CPAs, LLC which is located in Canfield, OH.  He is a member of the AICPA.  He has served as president of the MVAS for over ten years.

VICE PRESIDENT:  Edward J. Janik, CPA

Ed graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree.  He became a CPA in 1992 and formerly worked in the State Auditors office from 1981 to 1996.  He is currently employed by the District Board of Health - Mahoning County as the Director of Finance and Human Resources.

SECRETARY - TREASURER:  John B. Vacca, EA

Jack is a 1976 graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics degree.  He has been an Enrolled Agent since 2005.  Jack has worked at various CPA firms in the area and is currently an employee of the firm of Augenstein, Mapes, & Co. CPAs, LLC.  He has been a member of the MVAS and treasurer since 2007.
